I also have looked around and didn't see anything similar to what I'am experiencing. Oneday bout 3weeks ago I got the option to upgrade my facebook when I upgraded the shortcut icon dissepeared from my menu
I tried uninstalling and instaling it again it just wouldn't show again
Also my e-mails aren't receiving properly I get a copy of it but not the original e-mail so I can't open any attachements
Now bout a week ago I reset settings(reset to default settings) since then I can't just download any app even if I had the app before it won't open after I downloaded it

Please help

You may want to just force an OS reinstall using desktop manager. It is so easy nowadays it saves time to just cut through to it. My advice is do a full backup first and set desktop manager not to do an automatic backup. After the OS reinstall, restore just your data, do settings over manually, and then only install the apps you absolutely need.

i use blackberry 9000,the battry sign comes on with a cancil mark on,hw do i do it.
