I have a problem sending SMS text messages to one of my friends.

If I send a text to her she recieves it however it is blank. But if she forwards the text to herself she can read it. Also, no matter how many characters are in the text, she recieves it in parts. Sometimes the parts contain just a word or two.

I have no problems sending texts to my other contacts and she has no problems recieving texts from any of hers.

She has an LG flip phone.

Could it be a setting on my phone or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to forward it to someone else? Try to forward the message to another friend and let us know.

Ya there's no problem forwarding my messages to any other people.

And the problem comes and goes. She recieves some of my messages correctly and some not.

Is your friend on roaming on international plans? I have received blank messages from abroad and then a real mesg.

ok, i thought that this could be problem in your girlfiriends phone. my girlfriend had LG k500 and we had similar problem, sometimes i sent text message and she recieved nothing, after few tries of sending, forwarding and so on we have reinstalled software on her phone and problem was solved. try it and let us know

What software did you reinstall on her phone? I know her's is an LG...not sure on the model number though.
