Transferring contacts from other brand phones to Bold

Hi, I've tried using the search button and no luck.
Basically, I'm trying to transfer contacts from several different phones so that I have one accurate set, rather than all splayed out.
The phone I want to transfer to is the Bold (sim unlocked and on o2).
The phones I want to transfer from are:
Sony Ericsson T610 (locked to Orange).
Sony Ericsson K800 (unlocked).
Nokia N82 (unlocked).
These 3 are all on other networks and I want to eventually get rid of 2-3 of these other lines.
I don't have Outlook on my home computer as I only use that at work.
I have tried going to media on the Bold and receiving via bluetooth and no luck there either.
(on an unrelated bluetooth issue, is there a file size limit? I tried sending photos via the N82 with no problem, but a 7mb mp3 file wouldn't transfer).
Thanks for any help!
PS. I've had the Bold for 3 weeks now, and rarely used it for calls (no contact list! and my N82 has 3000 minutes), mainly emails, IMs, web surfing, watching movies and listening to music.

Forgot to mention this is my first BB... my brother swayed me to this as I'd had my eye on either the Nokia E71 or (gulp!) the iPhone (which I decided against after finding the restrictions on sending via bluetooth, having to voluntarily install the itunes virus, no true push email, not being sure about touch screens, etc etc.)
Any help is appreciated as I am pretty much new to all this!

Now if only someone can combine a Bold and an N82 and I'll have my perfect phone
The Blackberry Desktop software has a "change device" wizard that *might* support these other phones. If so, that's the way to go. Not having Outlook makes it tough as that's the easiest method.
Thanks for the reply.
Perhaps I'll have to bite the bullet and install the Outlook bloatware at home just to manage contacts. I expect it will work with the Nokia N82 and probably the SE K800 too (and W810 I forgot to mention), but unsure about the T610.
Oh well, I really need to organize all contacts properly... if only I could do it in Excel or write a comma separated file.

Try to sync all ur phones with MS Outlook or Outlook express using each phone's software. After building ur address book on PC, sync Outlook with your BB
