Default BlackBerry product idea

Please Login to Remove!

this may be impossible but it would be a product i'd pay some extra for

i have a bold now and love it. i am terrified of getting it wet (much less covered with water...). i wonder if the brainy folks at research in motion could create a bold-like blackberry and make it not only water-proof (or water-resistant) up to a certain depth, but also buoyant.

sure, no one in their right mind would dive in the pool with a blackberry on their waist, but it would be nice not to have to replace the unit if an accident occurred (or if some emergency required entering water quickly)

sure, maybe a dumb idea, but i can dream...

Good luck with it. You'll probably have better luck if you contact RIM: [email address].
