I have a problem with Outlook 2003 calender items. I believe them to be caused by some piece of BB software (BES or client-side)

I believe the errors below to be related, as they started emerging simultaneously.

1)
When the user adds appointments to his calender in Outlook 2003, the calender items are not visible in his Outlook client !
The calender items are, however, visible on the exchange server (can be viewed correctly by collegues using Outlook or via Outlook's web interface)
The calender items also appears correctly on his BB 8700g after a few minutes

2)
Whenever the user starts Outlook 2003, 100+ reminders for items "due now" emerges, one reminder for each future calender item (including recurring items).

The exact same thing happens if the user activates the "date and time properties" windows and presses ok.

When dismissing the reminders ("dismiss all") all calender entrys remain where they should be, but if an item is opened (from the reminders windows), the item wrongly appears with start time = present time.

3)
Tasks can be added, deleted or changed as usual, except from the dimensions concerning time. Eg changes to due dates, reminders etc. are not saved upon saving a task.

I have reinstalled Outlook client-side and reset the user's BES and Exchange accounts to no avail. I would welcome any ideas to the next step.

start / run / browse to the Outlook.exe and add these to the end.

I'd check this users mailbox limits and his current mailbox size as well.

Ran outlook with switches

Views resat, problems 1 & 2 persists

Problem 3: Time dimensions in tasks are now saved, but the saved changes are not reflected on the task list.
That is: "Due date" on the task list differs from when you open the task and look at the due date field.

And let me add problem 4 to the mystery: Old, recurring calender items (visible in outlook as they were entered before the BB came into play) cannot be opened. Outlook replies "Can't open this item. The appointment is no longer recurring. Please close any open items and try again"
