Default how to add a 2nd calendar

Please Login to Remove!

hey,

i have a calendar for school, which is weekly, and i want to add it to my calendar, as a 2nd calendar - in a way i can still access and schedule things in my basic calendar, but have the option to see my school calendar when i want to (but not always in the background of my day-to-day calendar).

is that an option?

p.s.

of course there's an option to picture my school calendar and just watch it as a picture whenever i need to know when and where i need to be - but i don't think that optimal for me...

thanks!

Don't think its possible. A new calendar is added with the addition of a new email account. Unless you were syncing with outlook, I don't think its possible.

You need 2 email accounts set up. If you have 2 emails then when you make a new calendar entry scroll to the top and change the 'Send Using' to the other email

Yeah you'd probably need two accounts for two calendars. Or at least a BES account to synch with outlook where you can create multiple calendars.

I'd suggest making a spreadsheet of your weekly school schedule (although most people I know have their schedule in their head) and then use the DocumnetsToGo Excel viewer.

You're asking to do something that really only a business person would need in my opinion.

Either use 1 calendar and put everything on it, or keep a copy of your school schedule in your pocket on a piece of paper.
