recently got an 8900 thru ATT with a BB and Internet plan. Trying to connect to my home wi-fi network. Sometime works for just a minute or so and the I get "unable to find requested server".

Although the BB connects to my Wi-Fi network, it doesn't seem to have good internet access. The green check-mark next to the wi-fi network status indicator is rarely there...usually will show a white "-" with no connection to the internet.

Not exactly a noob to this technology but cant seem to get this one figured out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How's the signal/connection strength for your device connecting to the router?

signal strength is good, -39dbm

Maybe try an alternate browser like Opera Mini? I had issues before with the BB browser. It would have sporadic connection issues. I decided to try OM and that's worked really well for me since.
