Dear all, I am absolute newby in the matter. We are running BES 3.6.2.14 on a separate Win 2000 server. If I understand it correctly, the actual version I have has already SP 2 level ???. I looked for some info about how to install SP 3 and SP 4 respectively. Is there anything special I have to take care about firstly? Can I install SP 4 directly, without installing SP 3 firstly? Maybe my questions are a little bit stupid, but I hope it will be better in the future

I *believe* you should be able to go directly to SP4. For our cutover server install, I went directly from base installation to SP4 in one step.
