Default 3rd Party Software Icons Don't Appear

Please Login to Remove!

I am a longtime BES BlackBerry user, however my company only recently began giving us company-owned handhelds (previously we had to provide our own). It appears that the company has implemented some BES controlled security requirements (need to enter password after 20 minutes of non-use) and the browser doesn't allow access to sites where .jad files can be downloaded. I did manage to use Application Loader to load some programs on my new 8700g, but their icons don't appear. Is there any way I can launch these applications?
Thanks,
Jeff
