BB screen stays off or reboots when removing from holster

HELP!
My BB screen stays off or reboots when removing from holster. It happens mostly when I am removing it while it's still vibrating. It also will just spontaneously reboot for no reason.
A few times when it has rebooted when removing it from the holster, the date also changed to a November date roughly a month and half forward.
Any assistance is valued!
