I just recently got a blackberry 7250 and I cannot seem to figure out what is going on with my emails. i set up my email to redirect through my desktop and outlook. for some reason whenever i send an email to myself through my BB it doesnt come through even though i am sending to a different account. also, i am not able to receive my emails on my bb either. i am not getting any error message, it seems like everything is connected properly, but its not getting redirected and i have that turned on in the options. if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it. thank you!!!

A couple of questions....

What service provider do you have?
Do you have a data plan?
Are you on BES or BIS?

1. The re-director is for BES and or MS Exchange users, are you either? 2. If not option 1 you need to use BIS, have you created a BIS account through your carrier for you BB to poll mesages from? 3. Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? not unlimited data a specific BlackBerry Data Plan, without such plan you can't do any of the above or anything data related.
