Any thoughts or concerns?

The P4 concerns me, but 9 users? I'd be willing to give it a try and see what happens, but that's just me. If everything goes to hell you can always remove/disable BES on the Exchange server, right?

Wait, what?
Oh, ok, I re-read that and now it makes sense... There are documents regarding migration to new hardware, and though I have never actually read these docs, I imagine it just involves a DB backup and restore and maybe some tweaking (but I could be wrong). And anyway, BES Express and BPS are basically the same thing - just a new name, as far as I can tell. (Can someone else shed some light on this?)
