My home screen shows that I have 3 unread messages, when I go into the messages, I only see 1 message TOTAL. The envelope icon at the top has the number 3 next to it, also seemingly saying I should have 3 messages in my in box.

Strangly enough, my outlook inbox has 6 messages in it, all of which are unread but not all of them are on the BB.

Anyone?

Try pulling the battery and putting it back in. See if that changes your message waiting indicator.

As for outlook and the BlackBerry Smartphone not matching up it could be that your Outlook is being greedy and taking email off of the server which doesn't give your BlackBerry Smartphone the chance to get a copy. In your Outlook try going to: Tools>Email Accounts>Next>(highlight your email account) Change>More Settings and then make sure that the "Leave Copy of Messages on Server" is checked. If it isn't then check it. Try sending yourself an email in your Outlook and see if it shows upon both your Outlook and your BlackBerry Smartphone.

Thanks, they other emails were in the saved folder. Still doesn't correct the other issue of some not being delivered to the BB. I'm on an enterprise server, so i can't change any settings in my email. I called into the helpdesk of the company but they had no clue and have escalated it to the BB dept.

Yeah, if it's an Enterprise Server then it is definitely something that the IT would have to deal with. Sorry I couldn't help any more than that.
