Didn't you ingest the 9300's cyber chip user manual? For the Zen theme you have to do the OTTE (Over The Trans-Existential) download!!

I think that release date will be quite close to the mark, they are already talking about it being release over here in Australia late this year. Yes we are really behind over here, the 8800 still to be release in about 3 weeks time.

Could be worse -- you could be on a CDMA carrier... ;)

We'll see. There are no "turns" in the wireless industry despite the fantasies of a lot of people on these forum sites. In any case, it looks like TMO's getting the 8320.

I think the 8300 looks much better than the 8800. It looks like the Treo 680 but much cooler and better.

I'm ready to jump all over it as soon as T-Mobile releases it.

that might actually be a good thing. all the treo fanboys (if there are actually any) will come up to you and ask about your new "treo". you can then proceed to show them how far superior the BB is. haha.

in any case it looks about as equal to a treo as any other smartphone looks alike. there's only so much you can do to a phone w/o making it look like a boot.

Hehe -- I was about to say that I hope "looking like a Treo" isn't a major purchasing decision for anyone. Surely there are more important features to consider. Unless maybe all your friends are hardcore Treo fans. ;)

I'd agree that it's about as Treo-like as any silver device with a qwerty keyboard.

Our Sprint rep said the hybrid 8800 will be released at the end of April. Sure thing!

I think that hybrid is the new Sprint "World phone" CDMA for the US and GSM for outside the US.
