Default I Couldn't Wait No More So I ....

Please Login to Remove!

I called a bunch of Rogers stores and they all say that it is released tomorrow and they should have by early next week in stock, I couldn't wait no more so I called Rogers Customer Service, they confirmed to me that they have it in stock for $425.00 minus $50.00 rebate, that they applied instantly to my account as a Goodwill Credit, and the Bold will end up costing $375.00 and I will have it sent to my office by UPS as early as Friday, but the latest Wednesday. Customer rep told me to call back tomorrow and they will give me the UPS Tracking #, so I can hound it down.

Oh so close.

But didn't everyone say last week that they were going to be out already?

Oh, the rumors.
Oh, the pain of waiting.

Oh, the overinflated expectations.

Almost as bad as the iPhone Junkies.

It's worse....they're posting here over and over and over....

When is it coming out?
How much will it be?
Is it an iPhone killer?
Will it make people like me?

Question

Hey Ray, why is the price $425? Is that a HUP price? or did you get some special buy out price?

I doubt anyone would have a problem roaming with the device. It sounded like any device "registered" on a US BIS would be affected. If I were to try and setup my US TMobile on the account it would be affected. His Rogers account will likely be fine while roaming in the US.

Stinsonddog is right! *Bold This...Bold That* blah blah blah

thats the price they gave me, minus the $50 rebate, i got it for $375.00, she was shocked that I am a customer since 1994.

That price is for a upgrade on a 3yr contract

I got quoted the same price too for an upgrade, but I would also need to include the $15 data plan for the 3 years (if I ever wanted to cancel the data plan there would be a $100 cancellation fee). $575 without if i go w/o that data plan.
