Thanks, right now I'm only staying with Official releases. Too many bugs with the beta's.

i found only two bugs in the previous beta (.314) and one was really annoying.
please let us know if that nasty memory leak is still present in this one.

What is the "really annoying" bug?

And did you need to do the browser fix? What works and what doesn't?

@ jtchristiansen;
the memory leak is the annoying bug. i have o-plenty apps installed and not only did the new OS eat up an extra 10mb of Bold's poor internal application ram, but it continues to eat up the remainder of my 15mb app ram to the point where nothing will open and u have to do a battery pull to geT it back. Kinda crappy. :( Hopefully in this update they've made it more manageable. Like Morgan Freeman says in The ShawShank Redemption; "i hope..."

So, when you said "this beta", you didn't really mean THIS beta?

@MaxPayne79

So, the memory leak you mention is in the previous beta and NOT the one listed on this thread?

EDIT: oops, analytik beat me to the question.

Installed (upgraded from .130 normally with BB Desktop Manager) without any problems. No errors during migrating applications, settings, etc.

A few minutes of testing show that...

NO tabbed browser. Jerks.

Working apps:
Wordpress (0.9.0.157, restored settings, upgraded to .169, that works great, too)
App World (was stuck at "Loading" until I alt-tabbed to find a hidden error message on Home screen saying it can't connect to servers. It loaded the second time just fine.)
Music still has that annoying bug/feature where for Volume Up you need to kinda hold the + volume button for a while.
BBM5
Unsynced Music didn't want to play anything, not that I'd ever use it
Facebook asked me for a re-download (of 1.7.0.18), but works fine
MySpace

Flickr and ICQ ask for re-download, too, which I won't do right now. I need to download Viigo and gTalk and will post again.

Well I don't know what was up on my Bold but 348 caused a reboot loop and so I went back to 314 for now. Not a great solution. Hope this is an improvement for others.

I've had no reboots so far. Didn't chat much, though, which seemed to have triggered them on .314.

I couldn't get Viigo working yet. The App World version didn't start at all, the standard download version couldn't log in, and now it's made by display go black, alt-tabbing doesn't work... aaaaaaand my first reboot. This is not great.

EDIT: I got Viigo to work, and it's the fastest that it's ever been. It doesn't seem to show images, though. (I do have them enabled.)
