I am having an issue with the card always wanting to format, and I am curious if it is the phone or the card?

I am an "hourly" employee and my BB is set to auto off at 4:45 pm and auto on at 6:45 am. Sometimes after "waking up" it says the card needs to be formatted. Its happened twice now. Once after waking up, and once after being unplugged from the wall charger in the afternoon.

Anyone ever seen anything like this before?

Anyone have any ideas if it is the card or the phone?

When it happens, the card cannot be read by my pc (if I pull the card and put it in the SD adapter). After a format in the phone it can be pulled, put in the adapter and read fine in my pc.

I am thinking it is the card, but can't rule out the phone completely. Other than this the phone works normally. Has not been dropped, wet etc...

Should the last one be set to something else?
