Post Bold, Javelin, or Storm. What's your fancy?

Alright guys. I'm sure this has been done already, and will probably be done again, but I'm starting my own poll here. I'm getting close to getting a new BB. No rush or anything, but close. And I'm a little torn. So what do you guys think? Which one is it? I was looking forward to the Javelin, but it being the only one missing the 3G option, it's not lookin' so good anymore. I'm thinkin' Bold...but let's just see. Let the discussion commence!

LOL. No worries. First of all, IMHO you really can't make a bad choice amongst the three you have listed. If 3G is pretty important to you, that does bump the Javelin down a bit. How important is the touchscreen vs. querty keypad to you?

Ultimately, your best bet is to visit a retail store and get some "hands on" expereince with each (when they are availible). Play around wiith them, ask questions. That way you can pick the one that best suits your needs.

ndub...your totally right. The Bold, I'm sure I like. The Storm on the other hand, I have zero experience with. I'm interested to see how RIM's Tilt-'N'-Shake stacks up to the iPhones, or if it even intends to. And I'm interested in how receptive the touch field is.

I have AT&T, and have heard rumors that we're gonna get boned on the Storm because they don't want iPhone competition. But that doesn't make a lot of sense. Selling phones, is selling phones right?

I was a little disappointed, but since I never experienced 3G before, I never got a chance to be spolied by the speed of 3G. Plus, I would assume the lack of 3G would cause the battery to last a bit longer

Lol! That's hilarious. I see what you mean. I'm afraid to get a taste of the 3g speed myself.

I voted for Storm. But I wouldn't mind Javelin either. Only thing I don't like about Storm is lack of Wifi. I would rather have WiFi than 3G. But touch screen BB is tempting as well... Not sure!!

Wifi is a nice feature, but Verizon's EVDO Rev.A is so much faster than than Rev.0
I have a Rev.A laptop card on their network and its almost fast-DSL speeds.

Ummm...I'm going to admit something, something stupid. I assumed the Storm was wifi capable. [No need for ass-u-me jokes children!] ;) I sort of takes it out of the running for me. I WANT wifi. It's starting to look like the Bold!

My Bold is the most incredible communications device I've ever owned. Having said that, I must admit I'm intrigued by the touch-screen Storm. I'll take a gander when they release the GSM version, but I'm content for now to let all the Verizon users act as my beta testers.

Default I Want a storm...

Yeah i think im going to wait for a GSM storm so i can stick with T-Mo, 3G doesnt bother me much ive been doing good so far without it. EDGE, seems to be ok for me.
Im just going to see what buyers responces are after testing it out. But i also been looking at the Javelin too
