Default ROGERS - Consumer plan

Please Login to Remove!

Rogers has confirmed with me that they are blocking service requests to a BES from their $25 per month Data plan, which, up until now, has worked for our BES...

Anyone else notice this, 5 of our Rogers berries have so far quit talking to the BES?

One of my clients recently (3 weeks ago) had their service disrupted for all BB users because they were all on the 4MB plan. Rogers originally allowed all the devices to have BES service, but apparently it was an oversight on their part they explained. Client needed to upgrade to the 7MB plan to have their service enabled again. Service was stopped without any explanation...mind you, this was after ~2 months of continuous service. Definitely not good customer service on their part.
