Default HELP me please!!!

Helloo everyone im a new user to this forum..
and i need sum major help
i brought my blackberry pearl 8100 from ebay (dumb idea i know!!)
now how do i config it to be an australia service provider it works and calls and msgers but i cant seem to have the internet on wen i look at the top of the screen it says "data connection refused" i have no idea wat it means... and i have no compose MMS button... shouldnt all the phones have that as a factory thing?

Please help me it will be greatly appreicated

Welcome to the forums!

Does your phone provider provide BlackBerry data plans? The reason you are having trouble is because a BlackBerry data plan is not provisioned on your account. If your phone provider does provide BlackBerry data plans you will need to sign up for one.

Yep, contact Vodafone and add the Blackberry Data plan to your account.

To get the most out of the BlackBerry I recommend a BlackBerry data plan. However, that is your call. If it fits in your budget then go for it.

go to Vodafone Home go into vodafone plans and go crazy in there...
