I'm not quite sure, last time i just gave my old blackberry to my brother and we kept my same user name and just changed the password and he added his emails from there...

Log in to the Verizon BIS web site.
Delete ALL of your e-mail accounts that you had set up.

yes, your PIN and ESN are registered already. for her to set up email these both need to be cleared. You can just log into the site, or you have to call VZW to get it released.

Call Verizon and cancel your BIS account. That will release the ESN and PIN so she can use it.
