Frustrated and disgusted that not only no reply but cant find my own thread

Title says it all.
I posted in BES admin corner and not only did i not receive any reply, i could not find my own posted thread....hats down to BB!!! After all, making a quick buck is what matters for all these companies as they toss you from one number to other into eternity....

1. This is not a RIM forum. It is moderated and used by BB Admins and enthusiasts. We help each other out when we can. If you don't think you get a reply quick enough, put your hand in your pocket and pay RIM for t-support. Or try your luck on another forum.

Well... probably not! I don't think anywhere in the world would "you need to enable 'hide filed messages' on your BB" be considered mission critical (was the answer to original post question).
