BB storm is a verizone exclusive, most verizon phones are CDMA, which can only be used in the good ol' USA. world edition phones include a SIM card slot for use on GSM networks outside the US. if you unlock a verizon phone (good luck) you still cannot use it with a GSM/UMTS sim card (T-mobile/AT&T).
