Read the thread. Desktop Manager -- the solution for sync'ing with Outlook-- as of now does not support Outlook 2010.

Outlook 2010 is currently not supported if you get it to work good job! If not downgrade to Outlook 2007 or wait.

I have Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate, Outlook 2010 (32-bit) and Desktop Manager 6. No problems syncing on BIS

My office just switch to Outlook 2010 and I was able to sync just fine. I had to make sure that it was set up for Outlook not Outlook express. I do not use BES at all and it works just fine.

I have 2010 beta and 5.0 had worked with vista and windows 7 (64) until i cleaned up my registry files. then it stopped syncing.got the same error while trying to configure sync in 5.0.... updated to DM 6.0 and same error .....until....found a crafty tech support guy who suggested an easy fix for comptability with 64 bit win7 and outlook2010....unistall all DM software... reinstall DM 6 BUT when doing the new program set-up/config make sure to save the files to the x86 folder NOT the 64 bit folder...so far so good....
