I have forgotten my BlackBerry ID Password & worse yet, also my Answer To Security Question so that I can change my ID. I know what the answer is to my security question but I dont remember exactly how I originally entered it ie..Caps may be wrong. Ive tried several different ways of entering it with no success & keep getting locked out. What can I do to fix this problem?

if you can "remember" the email you used you can go to blackberry.com and reset the password. It requires the email used to set it up.
