I am looking to unlock BB Storm on Telus

Some of us are patiently waiting for our unlock codes from Horizon Wireless. As far as I'm aware, no one has unlocked a Telus Storm to this point. We've been told we can use the Storm out of the box in the US/Europe/etc with a local SIM, but I've as of yet no confirmation this actually works.

Yea i've contact a few places and so far the only reply they gave me is "We need about a week or so to get the unlock code" so if you're getting a Storm you might want to buy one from Bell or Vodafone... or wait for the release of Storm from Rogers

The Bell Storm is no different than the Telus Storm for unlocking. Your best bets right now are the Verizon and Vodafone Storms.

I believe I read on Bongo Wireless' Web Site that they unlock all Blackberrys, even the 9530. Give it a try. I haven't had a chance to even call them because I would be interested myself to see if they actually can.
