All,

I have a VP who gets a ton of mails to his BB in HTML format. In the past, he would get them fine.

We upgraded from Exch5.5 to Exch2003 last week, and now the mails are coming in looking like the HTML code (HREF's and all of that).

We haven't made any changes to the BEs after the Exchange Migration (BES 3.6).

Is there a setting on the BES for me to check - some kind of text conversion setting? And/or is there something within Exchange 2003 I need to look for/check?

Or maybe it's some setting on his BB unit (it's a 7730)?

Bump this. I also receive a glut of emails in html and I do not have an option to subscribe to text instead. Is there any existing methods to convert html emails to text emails or perhaps third party software that can?

BES only delivers messages in text. If this started after upgrading to Exchange 2003 then change the default format at Exchange.

I can't remember how to at the moment.

Thanks for the reply. I have already found that setting in Exchange, but then that would screw up all those mails to everyone else's OUtlook mailboxes as well, so I'm leaving as-is and informed VP that this was just the way it is...
