When I disconnect my 7290 from my laptop (USB / Desktop Manager) my e-mail doesn't arrive on the berry anymore. When I reboot the berry then the e-mail comes in and from that point on it will work OK until I connect the berry again to the laptop.
Any ideas?

Sure - there is a setting in the Desktop Manager program which turns off e-mail redirection when it is cradled. Open DM, select Redirector Settings and find the option. Turn it off.

If I disable the option in DM it works fine, thanks for that. Unfortunately I get over 100 e-mails a day, so when I'm in the office sitting behind my pc I don't want the mails to arrive on both the berry and Lotus Notes. Is there any other (more reliable) way of temporarily stopping the berry to get mails, which I can easily switch off when a call comes in to hit the road?

Actually I want them to hit both location in case I don't get to the mail in the office - it is always there on the BB.

You could turn the radio off, but that would also stop the phone...

Actually the last 2 hours have proven you right. Our VPN went down and I lost the connection to the domino server; the berry saved my day.
I'll have them arrive on both sites simultaneously from now on.

Do you actually use the DM if you're on wireless synch?

If you are on totally wireless sync, you don't need DM - and you can change all of the DM based parameters on the BB (v4.0). You need the Application Loader Lite software if you want to load apps. We haven't upgraded to BES 4.0 yet, so we still have DM hanging around.
