Wirelessly posted (Curve 8310)

I've had this before on 8310. There are several posts on this issue, but the one that worked for me said to take off the back cover and press (hard) on the rubbery thing around the camera and speaker on the back of the device. I think they said to use the eraser end of a pencil, but I'm not sure. I'll try to find the post. Anyway, my camera has worked ever since, so I guess there was a bad connection somehow.

I don't know if this will work since I'm wapping it, but here's the link to the thread I was talking about.

http://www.blackberryforums.com/wap/GetThread.php?t=161130&f=93

If that doesn't work, try searching for camera would not start. The OP is quiqueric or something like that. The guy with the suggestion that worked for me was leifandmindy (I think). Or try searching camera and eraser together. That's how I found it just now. Also, I don't suggest flashing... People get arrested for that and also it's just wrong.

PS - looks like posting a link in WAP doesn't work. I figured it wouldn't but gave it a shot.

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want to completely wipe the device?

I don't think that would fix the problem, but here's how it's done:

Options-> Security -> General Settings -> menu button, wipe handheld
