Default Windows Live on my Curve

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I hope you guys can help. I have used two accounts on my Windows Live Messenger on my BB Curve, however I want it to forget one of the email addys but I can't find any option for it to do so. What can I do so it only remembers one of my addresses and not the other? Please help.

Because it connects to your Windows Live account on Microsoft's servers it will get all the information in that account. You would have to go online via your pc and delete that email account you want forgotten from your Windows Live account. Otherwise there is no way to tell the BlackBerry to only get selective information. No phone will only take partial information from Windows Live. It's all or none.

But I'm talking about even before it connects to the Live servers. The phone saves all the email entries in the email text field even when you are logged out. Can it be tied to the Service Books perhaps?

I believe it downloads it all and saves it from your last connection. It will re-check that information next time it connects, saving all information until it does connect again. That saved info is not editable.

So to get rid of it, I delete my email account then retry connecting to it using my BB? (Thanks for your speedy replies by the way lol.)

Yes, it should update if you delete the offending account from Windows Live via your pc. When you re-connect via BlackBerry it should refresh your info.

Okay I've done it. Now to see if it works. Says it will take a couple of days to close down completely.
