I recently migrated my e-mail and public folders from an in-house Exchange server to a hosted Exchange service provider. The catch- BlackBerry cannot sync the two public folders I have.

It was just explained to me by the hosted Exchange provider that my account is on a shared server, so if I want to install a third-party app or add-in to try and sync my folders, it'd have to apply to everyone on its servers and no-can-do.

I'm determined to try something like OfficeCalendar.com or DidItBetter to try and accomplish sync'ing my contacts and calendar, using the hosted Exchange environment. I got my folders to sync fine using the in-house Exchange server w/an add-in, but I realize it was a dedicated server for me only.

Has anyone dealt with this? Am I really SOL? If so, I may have to go back to the in-house setup.

Generally the security issues are the concern with a public service.
Try the Apps you mentioned, nothing to loose.
