I just got the OK to go on Friday and booked my stuff on Saturday. I will be flying in Monday morning but unfortunately couldn't get a room at the Marriott. Staying at the Sheraton Buena Vista (cheaper) which is not that far away. I'd love to come meet up though. I lurk the boards almost everyday.
Is anyone else going to the Cingular WES party at the House of Blues?
Is T-Mobile having a party?

Looks like I am on the T-mob guest list, thanks to Chubs!! The free feed clashes with Jim Belushi, oh what to do?? The Wednesday is in Universal Studios with a movie premiere and stuff so I will probably go for that but if all you guys are off to Verizon, I might have a tough choice to make...
Also, I might be arriving on the Sunday now, so hold on to your hats my friends

What movie premiere? The only Universal Studios movie premiere I can find that week is Georgia Rule. So you're going to a chick flick?

If they bus me there and fill me with food and booze, will I care? If you guys can get me on the Verizon list, that is always an option. Gonna talk to our rep later but we are trying to kill them off due to poor service

Not too concerned about it. Don't have T-Mobile; not interested in getting them either. There's almost nothing they can offer me in a contract that we don't already have with our current carriers.

Heck, I'M not even on the Verizon list yet. My local reps aren't going to WES so they aren't finding out about the carrier party. I've been pressing them to (1) get the info and (2) get me on the list. Once I get there, I'll do what I can to add others. In my opinion, these parties are going to be wide open with anybody allowed to attend. As long as there's a chance that a carrier can drum up new business, they'll let anybody attend with a checkbook or expense account.
