Default BES 5.0SP2 EA taking hours

Please Login to Remove!

Upgraded to SP2 and now every activation we do takes hours - old 4.1Sp7 server it takes 10 15 minutes tops.

Anyone else experience this? Devices (regardless of OS\model) will start the EA process and sit 0% for an hour or so, stop activation and restart it will then sit at 11% for hour or so, do again and it might finish after about 3 hours.

Our EAs are slower, but it varies device to device. Nothing as drastic as what you see.

Have you tried to look at KB13852? Are these new devices? Was the user activated before? Does the device have good signal? Is ETP.DAT making it to the inbox? The time correct on the device as to the time of the ETP.DAT in the inbox? Are the blackberry services restarting?
