Default 9630 Tour issue--new user needs help

Please Login to Remove!

First month went well! Now, I can't access the full menu after pressing the BB icon; 3/4 of the time, I can only get the five options display.
I did reboot properly, but that did not solve the problem. Suggestions?

Did it get wet or did you drop it?

By reboot, did you do a battery pull?

No--didn't get it wet or drop it. I did the battery pull per the directive under FAQ--what to do first

If you press the Menu button too long it does give you the options of what is currently running on the BB, click it fast and it will give you the menu. (Dont hold the key down too long)

Wow--that's it. I must have gotten "heavy thumbed" lately, or something. Thank you so much--you saved me a jaunt to the store, where I would have been even more red faced!
