Default new guy with crazy problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys. Im not crazy......errr .....enough...... yet..

But yesterday i had serious problems with my z10.

I recieved an email from a person on craigslist, an add i had previously responded to and was conversing back and forth.

So.. When i would click "reply" the text window to type your text in would show up with keyboard enabled.. I could type in "hi" and the keyboard would completely lock up,making it unuseable. Could not text anything either in email or text or anywhere. I would have to pull the battery, wait for it to boot back up then keyboard would work again. Everything works fine except when i try and respond to that email. It would lock up the keyboard. When you hit a letter , the keyboard would highlight letters as usual but nothing would appear in the text window.Would only do this with 1 email from 1 craigslist client. All the rest would function properly and normally.
Initially i thought my phone was FUBAR until i discovered that this 1 email was locking up my keyboard.

Anyone else encounter this very annoying problem.

Thanks

Did you by some chance have the magnify feature turned on, or the keypress pop-up under "On-Screen keyboard" turned on? If you answer yes to either one, turn it off!

Hi. No to all of above. All the other emails worked fine. Just this 1 email send the phone into a downward spiral for whatever reason.
