a client of us got problems with his bluetooth

When the client activate bluetooth when he is in the car, the batterie becoms empty very fast and the blackberry is turned of

The software on the blackberr is: 4.0.0.35

we don't know where the problem could be

My understanding is that bluetooth performance is improved by upgrading to the 4.0.2.49 software, though I don't know if that improvement includes battery life.
