we are having issues with email syncing correctly with all the blackberry's here, when marked as read in outlook the black berry doesn't always mark it as read sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't

also i got a ton of emails one morning and i marked them "all as read" on the blackberry but when i got to work my outlook had like 4 or 5 of them not marked as read. very sporadic.

this is affecting everyone here not just me. so its somethign with etiher besx or exchange 2007

How long did you wait?
It can take 30 minutes at times.
How many emails do you get in one day?
Did you enable hard delete support?
Did you change the message state size?
