Does anybody know a way to link to addresses on blackberry browser to open in google maps when clicked on?

Somehow set up google maps as a kind of default "map" client?

Phone numbers and URL's have easily identified formats. However, how would your browser automatically identify addresses to hand off to Google Maps?
