Just got a note from our sales rep saying the Z10 and Q5 are being discontinued and to use the Z30 or Q10 as alternates. Does anyone know of an official link from Blackberry? I couldn't find one.

BB is not telling but if the sales keep sinking it may be a direction. I use the Z10 and it works well and is easy to use.
