MIDI To JAD & COD

Greetings,
I am looking for a way to "wrap" an individual MIDI file into a JAD and COD file for transferring over the air.
The over the air platform I am dealing with requires JAD and COD files for Blackberry RIM devices. I simply want to have a MIDI file download and install itself as the primary ringtone in a Blackberry RIM device, though it needs to be done through a JAD and / or COD file.
From my preliminary understanding, this isn't too difficult to accomplish.
Would any developer care to take this on? The job will pay, of course. Looking for a quick turnaround.
