I have the icon on the main screen saying I have 8 emails, it also shows when I hover over that email icon that there is 8 emails, yet the mail box is empty.
I tried everything from deleting the mailbox to power down, removing the battery to cursing.

Any suggestions before I apply the drop test.

Have you looked in the hidden folders? And could it be a text or a BBM in their own folder?

I have 2 email boxes, one is private, the other is work, if I hover over my work email icon, it shows 8 emails, so I am assuming its not BBM. My BBM is also emtpy. I looked for hidden folders, found none, but maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

Yes I am.. but this only started yesterday, it has been fine for a week+ I got it week before last.
