Did you try a search or Google? Lots of info on this problem.

Try this and see if it works. If not, see line 1 above.

If you are using an unlocked Verizon Storm and have "Activation Required" on your home screen or your phone number displays incorrectly, Dial # # 000000 (Send). In the Menu add your phone number and select save. The device will reboot and activate.

Again, if you search, you will find many people who have come across this issue. And with Sprint devices, there is no fix.

Did you even try searching via Google?

Try using this; "sprint BB activation required"

The BB is looking for a Sprint BlackBerry data plan. When it doesn't find a BIS plan through Sprint it prompts you for BES activation. It's designed to be used with a BlackBerry data plan on Sprint and for roaming only when not on the Sprint network.
