Hi:

I have four gmail accounts set up on my BB...two of them have the normal Gmail reconciliation settings options under "Email Reconciliation," and when I select the other two from the email address drop-down, all the settings options just disappear.

Any ideas why? I've resent service books recently, and that didn't resolve anything.

Try a battery pull, then resend the service books.

or

Delete the two email accounts and re-add them.

Thanks...already done the battery pull and it didn't help, should have mentioned that.

Deleted the accounts and re-added them, and the settings immediately showed up on the BB, so that was it.
