Is anyone able to get TinyTube to work? I've tried it a few times and everytime it makes my Pearl freeze.

Do you get errors when you try to access a lot of the movies? Something about the server being busy. Seems like I'm getting this on 90% of the links I click.

Anyone have an idea how to copy a video from YouTube to your Pearl? Is it even possible?

Yes, it's possible but you have to go though few steps though...

You first have to go to KeepVid: Download videos from Google, Youtube, iFilm, Putfile, Metacafe, DailyMotion! and follow the instructions how to download it to your computer.

After that, you have to convert the video to work on your 8100. There are lots of discussion about that so you can do a search for it here.

I never done it so if you run into problems, don't ask me.

Are you using the blackberry browser? also, make sure you don't have IE emulated (or any other emulation that isn't a mobile browser for that matter). Check your options.

" Protocol requested is not supported by this handheld" that's the message I receive when I try to view a video on tinytube. How can I fix this? Or where else can I go?

I've found that Tinytube is tempermental with carriers tmo works pretty good with it most of the time but it got its hickups when I use it too so it may just depend on what service you have. Try taking off the emulation and all that from the browser like the other guy said may work may not.

Tiny tube works fine for me on tmo. It really isn't worth your time though. It causes rapid loss of the internal memory. So you would prob have to do a regular battery pull like every day instead of the usual maintenance pull like every week or two.
