I bought BB 9550 from second hand. The carrier was Verizon. The phone is unlocked works properly, but it cannot work in our corporete BES in O2 Czech republic – receiving and sendings mails. I tried everything – install new OS, get a new service book, delete IT policy or set a factory setting. I wrote to Verizon and here is an answer: „This device is currently not located on the VZW/Blackberry Internet Service for additional support you may want to contact Blackberry.“
Is there any simple way how to unlock (or what) this BB or I have to contact Blackberry? Thanks for any ideas!

You will not be able to contact BlackBerry directly for support unless you are willing to pay for it. If calling and SMS work, then the device is unlocked. It is likely that your carrier does not have service books for the 9550 as it was originally a CDMA device. You should purchase a 9860 if you want a touchscreen BlackBerry.
