Did you have BB Protect installed?

And if it really was a 7100, it is probably time to get an upgrade.

If you had BB Protect installed, then you can track it. Otherwise, there is still a method remaining, but it will work only in case you're lucky:

My friend's BB was stolen 2 weeks back. He didn't had BB protect installed. But he kept his bbm pin and sent an invite every now and then. Some days ago, he got a reply. The person who was running that Blackberry was in Lagos, Nigeria. I told my friend to report the whole scenario to police. So always keep your BBM pin number saved and send out invites frequently. This phone was blocked in south Africa and black listed in SA. But cell companies do not do this international cause they will lose too much money from all the stolen phones been reactivated.
When you get your next BlackBerry, whether it is the lost one or a new one, first of all download blackberry protect and after it have backup and tracking enabled.
