Does anyone know how to get the facebook application icon? I can get onto facebook using the browser, but I don't know how to get the icon so I can just click it to go straight there.

I've heard that Alltel has troubles or doesn't support facebook, but am not completely sure how accurate that is.

Just wondering if anyone has had this trouble, or knows how to fix it? It's bad enough that I can't set up facebook mobile because of Alltel...

Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones
from your blackberry browser to download the Facebook app.

It will only work with a blackberry data plan.

When I tried through Blackberry App World, I got some error and when I tried again, it said unsupported media type.

Thank you!! I tried it from blackberry.com/facebook and it worked. It does look a little different than the web version, but I got the icon. Does that sound right?

Yes, thats correct.
Its an application not a webpage, so it would look different.
