Default mediaplayer

ok, I hope I can manage to explain it, that somebody can understand my problem:
I updated my bold to .162 and since then my bold is lying to me...
when I open the mediacenter and click on an artist and then click on one of the albums, in some cases the bold says that it is empty "no songs" but if I explore the mediacard, the songs are definitely there and I can also play them.
I can also add those songs to a playlist, but the problem is, if I want to play all songs of an artist, it just plays a few, because the bold thinks, some of the albums are empty so it doesn't play the songs in them...
haha, I hope this is not just nonsense and that somebody understood the problem and maybe can help me here

I'm fuzzy on this, but I seem to remember seeing two kinds of architecture (in terms of folders on the media card). One has Music as a folder under the root, the other has Music as a folder under the BlackBerry folder - I think the latter case is the one where your albums show up.

I only use the folder that is the subfolder of the Blackberry folder...
i can add all songs of an artist to a playlist but I can't see the songs in the albums and not play them in there.

The Blackberry media player takes the Album name from the MP3 tag. So can you check in all songs that are on an album if the MP3 tag is correct?

I did the upgrade to .167 and now it plays all music perfectly.
Only bad thing about .167 is the memory leak.
Do I have to restart the phone every two days or is there any other way to get back the memory without having to reboot, which takes so much time...?
