I had to change a BIS E-mail Account is there a way to move the E-mail from one account to other account ?

No. You cam forward it.

It is a OWA account.

Resend to yourself at that account. Old mail will not be pushed to the new account.

You will probably have to forward them to your new account. I'm not familiar with OWA much; however, if pop or imap is supported, then transfer to like outlook, then outlook to gmail, then push gmail onto your device or something like that if it will work.

If you have access to the exchange server via Outlook, you could set up the old account and move all the messages to a PST file. Remove that account and set up the new one, load the PST file and move the files from there to the new account.

The only thing with this is that you won't get them onto your blackberry but they will be in your account to reference.
