Just to clarify, these are locked to 8100 devices not carriers. If you go to the same link using a non-8100 device, then it will show you the Smoothie, etc. themes. Most likely it's someone trying to get the new themes using another device.

Default Any way to separate email from SMS in BBTodayPlus theme?

I love the BBTodayPlus theme. It is almost perfect for me, except that I'd like to separate SMS/MMS from Emails, as apparently the Vodafone Today theme does. Is there a way to edit the theme to achieve that?

Or alternatively, is there a way to create a folder corresponding to SMS/MMS messages?

Thanks!

Vodafone Today theme is still by far the best!! Best icons, artwork, and separation of SMS and Email!! And they default to a small and VERY readable font. Hurray!

Still wish it used the list menu vs icon menu. :(

I'm not big on the Phantom. It seems slow (well to me anyways) I like the dimension plus and the suday funnies theme. I didn't download the pink theme but I'm sure my wife will when I show it to her.

Ok... PLEASE spare me from assault here. I swear I have skimmed the threads with "vodaphone" but I didn't seem to get it and I don't want to mess up my new 8100. Ok, here goes...

(1) Does the Vodaphone theme work on the 8100?
(2) If so, is there a simple painless way to get it? I am not clear on how to add themes other than downloading them. I just downloaded the ones mentioned here and they are pretty neat.

I would love to split my SMS from my BES messages.

Thanks!

Since I upgraded to the new OS I am able to split sms and email with the o2 theme, T Mobile Euro Zen theme where before I could only split it with the Vodafone today theme. Check the thread below:

http://www.blackberryforums.com/ring...-4-1-only.html

The .alx file is posted there.

Ah - the new OS. I got the impression to wait for the TMo version but the last time I read the threat about the new OS was two days ago.

So - I should wait for the new OS for new themes? (aside from those posted here)

The threads posted here - available from mobile.blackberry.com have nothing to do with the new OS. They will work fine on the older 8100 OS.

What themes are you waiting for?

I think I am confusing things. I did download a couple of these new themes from Tmo. They are nice. However, they don't seperate the SMS from mail messages - others have said that on this thread.

They mention the "vodaphone" theme on this thread that does seperate it but I can't seem to find it in a place that looks 8100-friendly. "Nifty" said he has a couple other new themes that do seperate since he "upgraded to the new OS". I just assumed that the new themes comes with the new OS upgrade/update. I was waiting for the official Tmo upgrade to make that jump. (I am referring to the incremental upgrade that was just released through Rogers)

My goal is to seperate SMS from mail. It's nuts how they pile it all up.

Hope that makes sense. ?

The bottom 5 icons represent the first five items on your application list.

Push the MENU key and rearrange your applications so the first five at the top represent the ones you want to show on your home screen. You can rearrange them by highlighting an application, pressing the MENU key, then pick MOVE APPLICATION. You can use the pearl to move it. Press the pearl to lock it in place.

Hope that makes sense!

The Phantom theme was laggy as hell to me too.

Synncere (from HoFo) recommended I delete my call log, which I did, and it's slightly improved.

I'm just gonna rock the Today Plus theme tho. It's way more functional.

Maybe I'll buss the Phantom theme at the RIM 8100 launch party....
